Damages and issues -
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item arrived damaged when you received it. We can replace it if you send images of damage and packaging. It must be unused and in the same original packaging.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will contact you to specify details on sending you a replacement.
